Welcome to MIBC 2008

MIBC 2008 Exhibition & Challenge created a platform where exhibitors and talented chefs and bakers meet up with buyers directly. It also holds competitions, seminars and workshops on retailing and baking.

• MIBC 2008 Exhibition is a specialized exhibition focusing on bakery & confectionery industries, incorporating baking raw materials, baking machineries & equipments, finished products, packaging materials & machineries, shop fittings & display equipments and marketing services as well as other food & beverage items.
• MIBC 2008 Challenge on the other hand is the highlight of this event. It is held in conjunction with the exhibition. Young talented chefs and bakers and newly licensed bakery retails get themselves involved in this challenge showing their best and creative showpiece. This event will also serve a platform for the industry owners and buyers to reach out to these up and coming talents. International known chefs are invited to judge the challenge competition.

Visitors 10:00 hrs – 18:00 hrs (11th - 12th July Friday-Saturday)
Visitors 10:00 hrs – 16:00 hrs (13th July Sunday)
Venue : Hall 3, Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia
Admission : FREE
All visitor must be in Casual Smart attire. Minor aged 16 years are not allowed to enter the exhibition hall.
Remark : Strictly NO smoking in the exhibition hall. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to person whose, in reasonable opinion of the organizer, undesirable.
